Nooooo! A fibrous silicate mineral. No wonder the regolith is such a good insulator. Asbestos. Nah probably not. But it does look a lot like the (possibly)interstellar dust particles collected by Wallis et alat high altitude. Scanning electron-microscope but very similar.
