LWS, When I was reading the report, it did not make sense to me: why had they expected water to be in a not ice fashion in soil and on surfaces? It is very easy to test on Earth, and I believe that at -17C, there will be no conductivity here too. The humidity is less than 100%, since it looks like the stuff is drying through sublimation when exposed to air. es
