I am really surprised that this mission was resurrected in the first place considering that MSL is to be launched in 2009!!!

If this trip and exploration of the frosty surface is advantageous to science then the MSL should reflect on Phoenix's accomplishment.

If that was NASA intention then perhaps it will succeed as planned.

So r lewis, I will bet on a successful landing, but will the arm work???
