Sorry, I did not have enough time to think about your above message. However, I did find time to identify and mark the images of six nerve cells on the super-large photo you provided.
Here are the labeled nerve cells:

Thank you for your super-large photos. Could you do more of the super-large photos?

Yes, I plan to correct the NASA practice of making tiny post card sizes photos of one of the most important lander missions in the past fifty years, by giving the public a chance to view the true content of Mars northern lowlands at a comfort-level size. While I am excited about the possibilities, I am as well concerned for the well being of the viewers, who are now able to see a scene only for the first time in recorded human history.
This is a special place and time, giving us reflection on the status of the human endeavor to establish an encyclopedia of true scientific recording of the very early history of our solar system through to the present.
What a remarkable program, in the discovery of Martian history as it was affected by water in all it's normal states.
Did geology transform the Northern Lowlands of Mars over vast time, or, did the landscape transform quickly at places in the short term, with vast waiting between periods st any location? Is there ongoing processes which are not yet known and understood, which might explain the unusual character and terrain of the north?
We all await the results of instruments, and photo recording, and, even weather recording which will give us a new understanding about general mysteries on Mars.

I have been studying the new photos, and found that the mysteries are present in each photo, perhaps to be unraveled by our efforts here on this blog, and at other places of discussion.
I also checked some of the reference information you have presented on your site, which is quite 'pretty', and somewhat convincing. I'll be doing more research and checking on the details and background information in the areas not explained by yourself.

Here is a first Google search on basics of the "Carboniferous (Age, (~350MYA)) human Skull" which you accepted as evidence and tested in making thin sections of the supplied 'cut-out' from the 'Carboniferous (Age) Human Skull. The sample materials which were quite substantial, issued to you twice in similar quantity from the 'calvarioum' remains, were checked by you, and were found to contain soft tissue 'neuron' parts, originally embedded within the layers between coal seams deep underground.
The tissues, preserved, hard, and soft, were presented in the album you have linked here as 'wretch.com", and lin440315.
I found these search references listed to your credit as directed to the research on the 'Carboniferous Human Skull'.

All should scan the listing, and give some input as to whether there are content items to resolve.

Google search, 'Ed Conrad Carboniferous Age skull', with 41,000 entries at Google.
Link

To my understanding this has a history. I would like to hear your assessment of the claim of 350MYA for human remains. Also an explanation as to why we should tred this long path the the truth. Link.

I hope you can see the actual BIO items in my photo enlargements, in the Phoenix lander domain. Also the geology items, which are present.

Are you suggesting the surface of Mars is a vast field of 'neuron' parts in the surface regolith?

Thanks,
Danajohnson

Who cares what Lin Liangtai thinks he sees? Ignore the posts. But you know he does have some value. Since old Stu doesn't like him...he serves a purpose. Stu, you can't control this forum no matter how much you try. The banishment tactics don't work here. But keep at it. Your pomposity is quite amusing. To me you are just another Lin Liangtai. No one cares what you think.

What?? Pompous???!!??? ME?!?!?!?! How.... splutter... how very DARE you!?!?!?!?!

Laughing Wink

Not trying to control anything Positron, just genuinely concerned that people with constructive, positive things to contribute to the discussion are dissuaded from doing so whenever stuff like that appears. And, by the way, I think it does matter. Say a kid comes here, sees those posts, and goes away believing there actually are mummified skulls on Mars... that might well stop him or her actually getting interested in and excited by the real science coming out of the Phoenix mission.

As for you not caring what I think, well, I could care less about that... actually, correction, no, I couldn't. But I do know that Mark puts in a lot of work on this forum, and I don't like seeing his generosity abused. Also, this "old timer" has - like many others here - seen many valued members of the forum go quiet or leave because of such rantings and woo-woo'ing. Their input is missed, and that can't be good.

Can it?

I am no scientist in any field.
You can type the word "glia" into google's Image search box and find many figures of glia. I display one of such figures in my album at the following URL.

On the cell level, I have studied the shape/size/structure of red blood cells, bone cells, and nerve cells. So, I found many red blood cells and nerve cells on Mars.
Two years ago, I studied a dinosaur's
red blood cells in its vertebra. A few days ago, it ocurred to me that I could study also the motor neurons in the vertebra of the dinosaur. I did it in the hope of finding a neuron so big that it could be visible in NASA's MER microscopic imagers IF there were dinosaurs or large animals on Mars.

'why we should tread this long path [the] the truth.', should have read, "why we should tread this long path (to, or, toward) the truth." I make share of the typos and mistaken statements here, and expect to have to correct them when found.

I find the videos and the imaging on your site at wretch quite nice. As to whether we should accept the claim of 350MYA dating of the claimed human skull parts is a real challenge to my thinking. I can accommodate the information if it is proved true, but it seems to me there should be well proved tests observed by witnessing of independent scientists who can participate in age dating of the skull, and the neural remains, as you and I both know the claim is opposed to the main science community in the timeline of human presence.
Have you any plans to do such chemical instrument testing to eliminate the possible fraud or mistaken association of the skull with the layers of coal, between which the skull object was found? This should have been done long before humans contaminate the entire specimen.
I am interested in the details of your plans or work in that subject, and can tell you that I am not incapable of tolerancing truthful and accurate intent in seeking the identification of the skull.
I have to give you this understanding, in context of the skull and dating, that I believe I know the only remains and human type presence from that time. I seldom make a public appearance, as here,

Let's work on dating that skull on your site, to help in improving the accuracy of the ID of the particulars in Phoenix images.

Regarding reply 20 above, please note the sample stage (or the mechanical plate with sticky material)of the optical microscope in MECA "gathered Martian soil dust" which was kicked up by Phoenix's thrusters during landing. NASA said it clearly in its webpage

I have to admit I am finding quite a large number of unexplained items which are not appearing geological around the lander, even in the soil which the scoop has dug up.
I am uploading a few of those items for further presentation, and hopefully at least some of the items will find their status as lander parts, or Martian geology.
The images are so poor quality that I doubt I can better them. I am trying to resolve details smaller than the resolution allows.
Thank you for the link reference.
