Lots of interesting things to discuss if we get there.
Crater appears to be quite old and almost eroded away but it looks like it has Meridiani beds in the bottom which accumulated after it formed. My guess is that they are younger beds protected from the erosion of the plains.

Forgot to add several other things:
VC sister crater with serated margin @8 oclock
VC type dunes in crater on NW margin of big E
Sinuous dunes in bottom of big E
Circular outcrops in bottom of big E may mark old shorelines.

If Oppy travels flat out it will get here in around 18 months but look at all the craters and outcrops along the way I hope we don't just whizz past these. Hopefully the orbiters will scan the route carefully to see if there are any science stops to be made.
