I think that the objects in the panorama are the front part of the aeroshell, the larger closer object, and the smaller, further away object is the rear part of the aeroshell and the parachute.

yawn, please remember, the camera is black & white, there are filters that are placed in front of the lens, which are NOT Red Green Blue, so all colors in color photos are subject to change with the tweak of a knob. As for blue flames from space ship engines, last time I did a technical review of a flying saucer, the conclusion was that the engine efficiency had to be upwards of 99.99% so there ain't no visibility to engine exhaust unless you're under the engine looking up. Now where did I leave my soiled area 51 underwear.....
