I am no expert But I will tell you what I think. If that is fog then the dark blue areas might be liquid soaked soil. I think liquid because in Montreal I have only seen the phenomena when liquid water is present and ice or snow would appear bright. Could liquid water exist in sub-zero temps? It does in Montreal Sad

The lower areas on Mars are full of life...
as Jupiter is, as Saturn is, as Urano is, as Neptun is, as Pluto is, as Mercurz is, as venus is...
Onlz different perception...
