more than 3 months after Curiosity's landing, google earth only has a quadrangle of about 35x40km around the rover, with a further 3 elongated ones in the vicinity. considering how important this mission is and the interest it generates, it is appalling that we should be offered so little.

Have you studied the process of making the KLM file conversions required to make GE5 accessible JP2 images?
A public release of the related HiRISE and other source images would help all of us, once someone converts the files.
