I do not think so. Despite what certain groups with vested interest might say, there is overwhelming evidence to suggest that humans originated and evolved on Earth. Venus is currently completely uninhabitable, and I do not believe that will change. According to Wikipedia, Venus is the hottest planet in the Solar System and has no magnetic field. The pressure on the surface of Venus is 93 times greater than that of Earth.
